The Meadows Cattery is open.
We will be continuing to follow the government’s recommended guidelines to keep our employees and customers safe. This means that were will still be a few safety measures in place. These have been outlined below.
Pick Up & Drop Off:
We encourage our customers to wash/sanitise your hands before coming to the cattery, and — most importantly — stay at home if you are feeling unwell.
Customers will no longer be able to enter the cattery but are welcome to walk down to the building to watch their cat(s) being placed into their chalet.
Regrettably we will not be able to accept bedding brought from home but we will supply a clean bed and blanket so your cat(s) will still be cosy.
Carry cases can either be taken home or left in the chalet with your cat(s).
To ensure employees and customers maintain distance, we will limit the number of customers in at a time. If you are travelling abroad you will be required to let us know what country you will be visiting upon making your booking. You will then be given a time slot for your arrival and departure. Please try and keep to the time you have chosen and inform us if you are unable to make it.
We will not be accepting payment by cash for the time being. Payments are to be made by cheque or online into The Meadows Cattery bank account. Payment details will be provided to you when you make your booking.
The Meadows Cattery will not close for its annual holiday this September and bookings for this time are welcome.
We are carefully monitoring the situation. The most important thing is to make sure we run the cattery in a safe environment.
If you have specific questions not addressed here or on our website, please give us a call.
We look forward to seeing you,
Jo Keen, Owner.
